Weight loss wizard

This app makes it so easy to track your diet and exercise that it becomes a motivational tool as well. I've lost 20 lbs in 2 months and plan to lose another 30 with the help of this app.

Easy

I love how easy the app is to work. Tracking food is simple because it's all in the database! I'm not sure if the calories burned in the exercise section is accurate or not but at least now I'm paying attention and controlling my own behavior. The best part is my best friend - who lives far away - and I talk every day on the message board and motivate each other.

Great tool

Been using this for a while and love tracking what eat. I use a heart monitor when exercising and it automatically uploads data which is great. Food database is expansive and growing. Highly recommend.

Very helpful

I found this app is very helpful. I keep food logs for past three weeks. I learned more about how much calories from the food ,how to control food and do much exercise. I used this app to track my weight, already lost 15 lb

Great app

With this app it helped me lose 20Ibs in several weeks and it details everything so you get a accurate reading of how much you need to work out and eat but it lacks giving the user enough motive to keep using it
